The Training Approach...
Our training is built on a blended learning approach, combining the best of in-person sessions, immersive online masterclasses, and flexible eLearning modules. Guided by our expert team, you’ll have the opportunity to build your knowledge step-by-step while engaging with the dynamic tools and teachings that form the core of Mindspan’s methodology.
What To Expect...
You’ll gain a deep understanding of how to coach and train using the Mindspan philosophy, exploring the psychological principles at the heart of what we do.
Learn not only how to deliver training, but also how to apply it in real-world scenarios, ensuring your clients see genuine, measurable results.
We don’t stop at teaching you what to deliver – we also guide you through the process of establishing and growing your own Mindspan business. You’ll gain the tools to work on your business, not just in it, creating a solid foundation for long-term success.
From day one, we help you immerse yourself in the Mindspan principles, giving you the skills to improve your own mindset while fostering the growth of your future clients.
Investment
- Our Licensing programme has an initial one-off fee of only £7,500.00 + VAT and these are awarded on a three-year term agreement.
- Once training is complete and all assignment work assessed, there is an annual support fee (that can be paid monthly) for each year of our agreement. This fee covers continued access to our online resources, as well as ongoing support and guidance from our team of experts.
- We have financial modelling that we will prepare together as part of our business planning process, this is personalised to your target audience.
- The biggest investment will of course be your time, with dedicated commitment to your training and personal development thereafter, we like to practise what we preach!
